Anti-depression... talk vs drugs

http://goo.gl/Ce2gX "Up to two thirds of people with depression do not respond to anti-depressants."A recent article in BBC health news taken from a study in the Lancet cites.
The article later went on to say that CBT was found to benefit nearly half of patients who were tested.
The patients who did benefit spent an hour a week learning skills to help change the way they think.
With hypnotherapy we can subconsciously learn to change the way we think for the better, and even investing time into ourselves with talking therapy once a week can make all the difference. As Paul Farmer (executive at the mental health charity, Mind) said, "There was no "one size fits all" treatment for people with mental health problems."
It is as important as choosing the therapy that fits you, choosing the best qualified therapist for the job, so always make sure your therapist (whatever the field) is part of a larger governing body. For example, we at Assured Effects Hypnotherapy belong to the National Council of Hypnotherapy where we adhere to their code of ethics and conduct.
